For years I worked in a variety of marketing roles at various companies doing everything I could to make a difference. I always approached life with a couple guiding principles: my fear will not stop me, leave things in a better place than I found them, and I am stronger than those trying to stop me. I had many successes and failures but I learned so much. I traveled the world, working on amazing projects and met inspirational colleagues and leaders. Yet I wanted to do more, change more. After some soul searching I found my calling in coaching – to help others make a difference and make positive changes in the world. Stephanie Masura received a BA in Public Relations from Marquette University and has spent more than 15 years in the marketing industry working for established brands. She has a mix of experience including government, public and private sector. Stephanie obtained her CPC from iPEC in July 2020, is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner, and a student pilot.
